Just wanted to let everyone know that Account Access is available now, just click the link at the top. You will need your account# and pin# to access your account. As of right now you can only change your pin# if you want. You can however view your history, equipment, services, and last statement. Hopefully online payment options will be available in the near future. Thanks

12-19-08 Fiber Maintenance

On Friday morning December 19th, 2008 we will be performing mandantory maintenance on our fiber network. Outages will start around 12:00am Friday morning and everything should be back up by 6:00am. TV, Internet, and Phone outages will take place during this maintenance window for the follow locations(nodes): All of 80 South, 7 mile, Little Switzerland, Altapass/Dale rd and surrounding area, Newdale, Crabtree, Estatoe, Deer Park, Ledger, Mine Creek area, Loafers Glory. If anything changes look for updates here on this website.

11-14-08 Maintenance window

Starting at 12:01am on Friday Nov. 14, 2008 we will begin scheduled maintenance on our fiber network which will interrupt all internet and phone services for all customers as well as TV services for all customers in Madison and Crooked Creek areas. We expect all services to return to normal by 6:00am Friday morning Nov. 14, 2008. If you live in Madison/Crooked Creek area and are having problems with TV reception after 6am please call our local office at 1-828-682-4074.

Scheduled maintenance window

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Fiber network Wednesday morning 8-20-2008 from 12:30am until 6:00am. During that time all internet and phone subscribers will be affected. Everything should return to normal after the maintenance period has ended. This is being done to accomodate the new highway being built through Madison County. If you are having problems after the maintenance period has ended please call our tech-support number at 1-877-802-0475.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WINDOW...

We are performing scheduled maintenance on our network for an upgrade. The maintenance window will be Wednesday morning April 2, 2008 from 5a.m. until 6a.m. All users on our network will be affected during that time.
