SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WINDOW...

We are performing scheduled maintenance on our network for an upgrade. The maintenance window will be Wednesday morning April 2, 2008 from 5a.m. until 6a.m. All users on our network will be affected during that time. Everything is expected to return to normal after the upgrade is completed. If you are still having problems after the maintenance window please call our internet technical support at 1-877-802-0475. The maintenance that was scheduled for Tuesday morning March 25, 2008 has been postponed to a later date. The new date has not been determined yet but will be announced here when it is decided.

By now I guess everyone has learned about the new blue Guide we are using now. It is called the i-Guide and gives our boxes tons more features than before. If you want to learn how to use the new i-Guide then go to http://www.i-guide.tv. A very informative interactive demo will play showing you the features and how to use the new i-Guide on all of our digital boxes including the new HD/DVR boxes.

As you can see we finally got our new website up. Hopefully this one will be more informative than the last one. We have added alot of new stuff like a contact us form, rates for the different and new services, FAQ's, policies and a page to access your account is coming soon. Seems that WLOS has changed their website around and the link to the school closings was broken. I have updated the link so it works now. Also, I updated the channel guide to reflect the recent changes that happened to channels 45 and 65.

I am pleased to announce that Pigeon Roost and Poplar areas are now 2-way high speed internet ready. This puts our system at 100% 2-way capable in all service areas. If you feel the need for speed just give us a call and we can hook you up.

We want to announce that we have a new site available for all CCVN.com users. Users can go to http://myaccount.ccvn.com/ to manage their email accounts (edit feaures, add, remove) and for general tech support and how-to's. We encourage all users to use this site first to manage all of their email accounts instead of calling tech support. If you are still having problems or need help then please call the tech support number.

Another Weather Channel mishap last night and today	March 2 2006, 08:59 pm
The Weather Channel had another problem this morning that resulted in the Locals for our area saying Data Unavailable. The Weather channel finally got this resolved and it should be working fine now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Our Weather Channel equipment had a malfunction on Friday 2-17-06. The Weather Channel had to send us a replacement unit. It should have only affected the locals in our area. We should receive the unit and have the locals back on by Monday evening. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
