* ATA purchase from us includes an ATA device that is required for use on our Phone Service. A cable modem is still required in addition to the ATA.
** Any reconnects of Phone Service will require an activation fee.
*** Any deactivation of Phone Service for ANY reason will require a deactivation fee. If Phone Service is disconnected the number is only held for 30 days unless the number hold fee is paid.
**** A virtual number requires you already have the premium Phone Service.
***** An 800 number requires you already have the premium Phone Service. An 800 number also includes only 100 minutes of incoming calls, over 100 minutes will be billed extra.
