* Modem/MTA purchase from us includes a Modem/MTA device that is required for use on our Phone Service. A cable modem is built into this device. We offer a one year warranty on the Modem/MTA devices bought from us.

** Any reconnects of Phone Service will require an activation fee.

*** Any deactivation of Phone Service for ANY reason will require a deactivation fee. If Phone Service is disconnected the number is only held for 30 days unless the number hold fee is paid.

**** A virtual number requires you already have the premium Phone Service.

***** An 800 number requires you already have the premium Phone Service. Usage rate $.039 per minute.
